the most common payment processor nowadays, they has become so huge that their use are extending, at first PAYPAL was created to serve the user at Ebay so they can do transaction with scam free risk, but alas the Cracker has found it's way to use it and for sometime this payment processor are identical with scam, thankfully they put much effort in their security and finally recover their name and become one of the most trusted payment method in the world.
now paypal are used to many factor in Internet Marketing, and not limited to Ebay, even you can setup small business with this Payment processor, make your own online shop and selling many product using it, one thing you must know, that paypal are free, but the free version of paypal has many limitation and we don't want that, and what should we do to become free of limit ? the answers is simple, become verified !, "simple my ass to become verified first you must have CreditCard, and you don't know how hard to obtain it" - this statement are correct yet so wrong, if we talking about this in year 1999 maybe you're right but in year 2009 Credit Card are not so absolute anymore, hard to obtain ? NO if you want some CC (Creadit Card my hand are starting to getting sore to write those so I will simplify it) for your PAYPAL, all you have to do is cheating... *ehem* I mean search for alternative way to CreditCard, the most common used way are to purchase some VCC (Vitual CC) you can probably get better explanation on their site, but to make long story short, it's your limited CC with limited funds you can transfer, it's enough to get your PAYPAL verified, and it's very cheap compared to real CC, OR if you creative enough, and have some talent in marketing already and have confidence that you can bring at worst 50 lead to some program I recommend to use Payoneer Card, you can find further explanation how to get one for free in my old post, it have step by step explanation to assure that you not getting lost in the middle, but I must warn you (something that I forget to write at my last post), the payooner card will reach your address in approx 1 month if you're in east asia / aussie (have try it myself, my friend also have some proof for this, so it will take sometime before you can start using it)
or one last way, if you're lucky enough, your bank debit card are enough to verify your account, but that's NOT happen to all country, so check with paypal first for that.
ok let's summary what I've been talking and writing about :
- paypal is the most dominant payment processor, that's a fact for now (2009) I don't know about the future though :D
- paypal verified can be obtained easily by purchasing VCC or owning your own payooner card, VCC can be brought on your nearest local forum, and payooner is practically free
- paypal can be verified by some debit card, but that's only apply on major country so don't get your hopes up.

ever heard it ? it's one of the most interesting program nowadays. it let's you earn money by review the thing you already have, of course it's not limited to something you have, if you're like me have a connection to PC shop and cellphone shop you can write your review about the product they're selling, ...oh ? bored ? let's get to the point ? okay.... I will make it simple I want to "share" this with you. my definition of share is you register under my recommendation, I warn you it's not required !! I will be glad if you willing to join under my name, if not... that's your rights I'm not in anyplace to tell you what to do.
I will tell you how to earn money from this site, and their procedure in simplest way possible

okay you may have heard this name Ciao, the name is similar to Paid to survey program that scamming a thousand of people, but worry not this not it. it have different owner and this web has been around for a sometime now. how you make money ? made a review, they pay you for $1 for each review you write, and they also pay you to read someone else review. the good thing about this web is they not slacking off to checking if your review legit or not, but they not too strict. unlike other PTR around, this site is have some rather big tolerance for it's reviewer. you must at least type 150 words before your review is worth $1 reasonable right ? i myself have made over a 40 review it's fun there you have your own inbox, and like a friendster you can add some user to your friends list :) at least try it. I'm I try it now, I have invite around 10 of my real life friends, but it seems only several of them really interested in reviewing. oh well sice I think it's a good opportunity to make more money, I decide to publish it here :D

INFO : how to get Free payooner card
How to Get your paypal verified without a Credit Card.
This method is pretty simple. I just know for a past month that you can get your payooner card without have to pay a certain amount or work for certain quota. Payooner is online debit card that supported by master card. Created for online transaction purpose. For some reason they not giving you chance to sign up by yourself , you have to be “recommended” by a trusted site. And here I will explain futher what I mean by trusted site. And the good thing is PayPal accepted them as legitimate debit card.
As you may know many programs offering you a FREE payooner card. For example a pay to click program that been running by Bux.to they can give you your payooner card after you sign up as a premium member. ( For more information about Bux.to u can read them here ). The other program to offer you a free payooner card is SIF, likewise, they also have a pre requirements for you to getting your hands on your payooner card, but for SIF. You have to get your hand on your first $25 commission . both are very trusted site for who have the interest making money online.
As you have have been bored by my explanation so far, I will get to the point. There are 1 more site that offering you to give you payooner card, for exception. This site is really giving you one for free. I will try to write the method as detailed as I can. And here’s the full explanation about step-by-step procedure. (please take note that this procedure will take sometime, cause the location is VERY2 not user friendly, that’s why I made this guide in the first place but I assure you they will give you your payooner card without any charge or cash related requirement)
Please follow this instruction, step by step exactly. So you are not confused and have to begin again from the start.
- First you need to register at friendfinder this is more or less like a friendster but with affiliate program. For a side note, after you sign up, don’t forget to deactivate your email from getting note, so they can’t spam you with “get more friends” program. Fill in the program blablabla... just type your real address so they can send you your payooner card to the right address.
- After you fill in your sign up form. Click JOIN.
- Go to your email. And click Activate Now.
- Don’t forget to change your password. So you not having difficulties to remember it someother time (if you really want to get some more money from this , you can, by joining their affiliate).
- Log off your account.
- and click HERE,
- click Affiliates
- and click Affiliate sign up.
- choose preferred program no.1
for URL you can just put your already made site, or if you really need one you can walways sign up at free webhosting or blogger. And if you ask me for one I will recommend this site. It’s free and they have wide variety of templates. It’s okay if you want to abandon it after that. It’s not like they will delete it or something.(okay enough tal next is…)
- What is your business tax classification? Leave that empty if your’re not an American (I’m not btw).
- Tax ID, again leave it empty.
- phone number.use the format they requesting, it’s like this (your country id)(your city)(your number). It’s becomes like this CCcc nnnnnnnn
for example : 6131 5944149 61 is my country id, 31 is my city id, and the rest is my phone number (please don’t call me :) )
- use Passporte , choone NO
- your comment , just put anything that pop up in your mind (for side note I write “I’m sleepy”, lol)
- accept the agreement, etc etc, and click Submit
- after that find a blue words ,click Account Information , Click here to update your information.
- And Click Payoneer: Signup to be paid by Prepaid MasterCard®.You will be directed to a FriendFinder page hosted by Payoneer, where you can sign up for a card.
- finish the final sign up process. And WAIT :D this cannot be helped. You will need to wait for 2 working days + delivery days. For me it’s about total 15-20 days (not working days, I mean normal days.I’m in Asia btw). for you that resides in US. it will be much faster. (damn you all). They will send a card to your address. (that’s why I told you not to fake your address). And some instruction in it. You will need me no more from this point on have fun.
